Habitat Surveys in Cheshire

Habitat Surveys in Cheshire

Indigo Surveys offer a wide range of services within the Ecological Consultancy sector. These typically begin with the completion of an Extended Phase 1 Habitat Survey (baseline assessment of a site’s current ecological importance and/or present of protected species and habitat features). The phase 1 ecological assessment integrates Ecological Records Data from your local records centre and enables our team of ecologists, in conjunction with the site survey, to provide specific advice in respect of the ecological importance and protected species and how this may impact on your development. We provide services to private clients, architects, planning consultants and construction companies (list is not exhaustive) including those which can form part of planning requirements, i.e. BREEAM and Code for Sustainable Homes ecological advice and template completion, Protected Species Surveys, Mitigation Plans and Natural England License Applications. Each ecologist is client focused with a proven track record in the specialist field, i.e. has suitable experience and qualification to undertake a Habitat Assessment and licenses in respect of protected species surveys such as Great Crested Newts, Bats and White-clawed Crayfish. We provide succinct and client focused ecological advice with the aim of saving time and money for our clients; early advice will often allow for seasonal survey restrictions to be integrated as part of a survey schedule. Our introductory level Ecology Survey information is included at our Ecological Consultantand Habitat Survey website sections.
